BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY

“The Golden Rule”, treat others the way you want to be treated. Buying or selling a home isn’t an
overnight process. It takes time and knowledge. Michael takes heed to this and pursues the process with
diligence and care; the same way he would want his agent to be.

CAREER
Michael’s Real Estate career started in Cyprus. While studying abroad Michael saw a need for student
housing. He started out allowing new students to live with him until they found permanent housing but
every year more and more first year students came to Cyprus and eventually he ran out of space which
caused him to venture out into unfamiliar territory; in a place where he didn’t know the native dialect,
he developed a network of apartment owners who were willing to house college students. Michael was
ready; with his new-found network he had a solution for the new and old students. After moving to
Nevada Michael started ride-share driving and for some reason a lot of his riders wanted to talk Real
Estate. Michael’s passion for Real Estate was rebooted and he jumped at the opportunity to help people
find their dream homes. After all, Home is where the heart is! Michael is a good negotiator and closes deal
